Malene Windfeld founder of Malene Windfeld Interiors was born in Bombay India. When she was about 2 years old she was adopted to Denmark. After 20 years living and growing up in a beautiful European country Malena wanted to expand her knowledge through her abroad studying in Chicago, USA. Here, she met her husband and few years later she chose Chicago to start her new life and family. Interior design is always her strong passion. With a complex of her Danish taste and the American, she favors the clean look, simple line and stylish of Design. Her strength lies in the field of color mixture and object harmony that mark her distinguished style. She successfully accomplished several classes at Illinois Institute of art and design in Schaumburg, Illinois. Besides, she has earned an honor certificate from New York Institute of art and design. With 10 years of experience in interior design business she loves helping her clients fulfill their dream of new home within affordable and planned budget. Because she was fortunate to get adopted she wants to give back and help other poor children in India, therefore she donates 10% of her profit to Shanti Bhavan Children’s project in Bangalore India. Which help children from generational poverty to a life of dignity and achievement.
